STEP 1:- Sign in to your Blogger account.
STEP 2:- Go to Setting tab and setup a custom  domain.
STEP 3:- Type your domain address and click on Save 
   button.Your blog now managed on custom domain.

your cname record of domain. This can be done when you login in domain Provinding service.
After login in Click on DNS management Tab.
Now add a cname record like Host- www and Value- ghs.gooogle.com. After saving cname record server
