Steps to create a Paypal Account:-
Step 1. Go to Paypal Offical website
Step 2. Click on Sign up tab.
Step 3. Fill up all account information about you.
Step4.Click on Sumit Button.
Your paypal account is now created and you need to verify a link that are send by paypal to you by mail. After verify paypal link account now created but not to be verified completely . You need to verify bank account detail , credit card account and follow private policies.
Requirement For Indians To apply for Paypal:-
1. Bank Account.
2. PAN Card.
3. Debit/Credit Card.
4. Purpose Code.
If all above requirements you do not follow ,then your Paypal account remains unverified and you do not receive and send money across the country or world wide.
